Product Information

The crowns are adult-sized and adjustable between approximately 50cm to 60 cm circumference.

Full instructions on how to assemble included as well as a link to 'how to assemble' film.

Carbon Neutral printed in England on robust card means, if looked after well and displayed or stored in a dry place after use, these crowns are designed to last - a great alternative to the paper hats found in crackers. 

Safety notice: never leave a lit candle unattended near paper products.

STORY

This sparkling Pop Out Crown by The Shop Floor Project is taken from an original hand-painted design by Denise Allan. The star-shaped crown is painted to resemble thousands of shimmering diamonds encrusted within an intricately cut framework of golden filigree, with the North Star shining above. 
Inspired by the William Blake poem, To the Evening Star, along with his paintings of celestial figures and star-crowned angels. 

To The Evening Star, William Blake

Thou fair-haired angel of the evening,

Now, whilst the sun rests on the mountains, light

Thy bright torch of love; thy radiant crown

Put on, and smile upon our evening bed!

Smile on our loves, and while thou drawest the

Blue curtains of the sky, scatter thy silver dew

On every flower that shuts its sweet eyes

In timely sleep. Let thy west wing sleep on

The lake; speak silence with thy glimmering eyes,

And wash the dusk with silver. Soon, full soon,

Dost thou withdraw; then the wolf rages wide,
