The Print & Framing Workshop

The Frame Mouldings

Our expert framers, based in Cambridge, are recognised by the Fine Art Trade Guild for their quality. They use materials and techniques that ensure your frames will last a lifetime - the custom frames have tightly pinned corners, and are made from precision cut wood in England, made bespoke for each order.

Each individual frame component - the moulding, backing, glazing and fixings - are all subject to numerous quality checks - so that every frame and mount they create is perfect.

This fine art digital printing method uses specialist archival pigment inks and acid-free papers; creating gallery-quality prints, perfect for producing reproductions of original artworks with maximum detail and longevity.

Our Paper Stocks:

The Mounts

Mounts give the artwork breathing space - helping to draw the viewer’s eyes to the detail of the art within. Each mount is cut from a high quality board that meets strict conservation standards set by the Fine Art Trade Guild.

The Glazing

All our frames are glazed with Clarity+ Perspex. It's cut from the highest quality acrylic sheet that's both crystal clear, but also safe and filters out 99% of UV light to protect the artwork. It doesn’t scratch easily and doesn’t yellow over time.
