SHIPPING COSTS
We ship all over the world*. Your specific delivery/shipping rates are automatically calculated at the checkout depending on the location of the delivery and content of your order.
*EU COUNTRIES UPDATES:
Due to the updated EU GPSR conditions which came into force on 13th December 2024, we are temporarily unable to send orders to any EU countries.
WHERE WE DISPATCH FROM - HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
As a gallery we sell a wonderful array of objects; from one-off ceramics to original artwork, paper decorations to craft kits. We have perfected a dispatch system that allows us to deliver from our four locations to ensure the safest and quickest delivery possible.
The Storehouse: Getting your items to you in record time, our team in South Yorkshire are dedicated to dispatching specific collections such as decorations, books and craft kits (please allow 1-2 working days for dispatch)
The Studio: at our HQ in Cumbria we expertly pack and dispatch all of our one-off artist-made pieces (please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch)
The Printers: all of our limited edition signed prints and dispatched directly from our Fine Art printers in London. (please allow 2-4 working days for dispatch)
The Framers: all frames are made bespoke to order and are dispatched directly from our Fine Art framers in Cambridge. (please allow 14 working days from ordering)

We will keep you up to date with tracking details on all of your orders and tracking links will be automatically emailed to you.
If you have ordered multiple items, you may receive a second delivery, as we dispatch from our different locations depending on the items ordered for the safest and quickest delivery possible.
WHAT COURIERS DO WE USE
Depending on the content of your order and the delivery location we will select from one of our delivery partners: DPD, Royal Mail or UPS to deliver your order.
If you have ordered a framed artwork, the company will be either DX or UPS
