The Shop Floor Project Gift Cards are redeemable against any order placed online only at www.theshopfloorproject.com. There is no expiration date.

Make sure you have your unique gift code which can be found on the card inside.

When making a purchase you can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout.

A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order.

You can view the status of your gift card after you sign up for a account, alternatively you can email orders@theshopfloorproject.com for your current balance using your unique gift code as the reference.

You can use your gift card alongside any other offer (eg sale items, discount codes) and there is no minimum spend.

Your balance can also be redeemed against P&P charges.

Your voucher code is unique to you, so please do not share it with anyone else.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
