A series of mono-prints and linocuts by British artist and biologist Moira Frith. Works including Ram, Quails and Badgers have a quality and immediacy that can only come from a lifetime of observing the form and movement of animals. Using anything she can get her hands on, Moira uses traditional materials such as wood and lino but often uses her favourite medium of pizza boxes to carve her blocks, from which she takes just one print. Moira Frith’s work is exclusive to The Shop Floor Project.
